Tumwater Development Guide
The Tumwater Development Guide, or simply the Development Guide, includes a variety of street, sidewalk, and public utility regulations. It provides clarity and consistency regarding the City’s laws, policies, and standards affecting both private and public development activities. These guidelines are applied to all developments within City limits and water and sewer utility extensions in Tumwater’s urban growth area. The Development Guide is adopted by the Tumwater City Council.

DWG files are available for use by architects, engineers and non-CAD designers, for use in drawings and plans that are to be submitted to the City of Tumwater. Note: you must have a drawing application that can handle DWG files in order to access these files.
