Help fund Tumwater's K-9 Program

K-9 Teams have an active service term of six to nine years, barring injuries. Initial certification of the K-9 team takes several months to complete. Continued training of the K-9 team is done on a weekly basis with re-certification occurring every year. K-9 officers provide specialized services such as drug location and suspect tracking and detainment. They extend the ability and safety of police officers on the streets and keep our community safe.

How can I donate?

The City of Tumwater Police Department accepts donations (cash or check) in person or by mail. Please mark donations clearly for the K-9 program. Your donations will keep the program funded into the future.
