TYP Events

Tumwater Youth Program (TYP) offers Friday evening activities for teens and pre-teens in the Tumwater community throughout the school year. TYP events are a place to have fun, socialize with friends, interact positively with adults, and so much more. Pre-registration is available for these events but not required. Online registration closes at 4:30 p.m. on the day of each event.

Grade school activity nights (and game nights) are open to youth in grades 2-5.

Middle school late nights (and game nights) activities are open to youth in grades 6-8.

Volunteers Needed

Tumwater Youth Program would not be possible without the generous support of our volunteers.  We are continually seeking individuals looking for opportunities to positively impact the lives of youth in our community. We welcome anyone (of high school age or older) who wants to share their time and talent to join us in providing this unique program. You must successfully pass a National Background Check and attend an orientation before you can volunteer.
