Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney's Office

The Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney's Office provides criminal prosecution services for Tumwater's misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor offenses. The Prosecutor's Office is responsible for prosecution of all misdemeanors and contested infractions resulting from citations issued by the Tumwater Police Department, Animal Services enforcement and Tumwater code compliance officers.
