Public and Private Development in Tumwater 

Tumwater is an active, thriving community and now there's a convenient way to visualize all the development activity. The Tumwater Development Projects interactive map highlights public and private development projects currently underway across the city. Blue squares symbolize private development projects undertaken by private individuals or businesses on property under private control using private funds. Red symbols identify public development projects, those undertaken by the city on property under the city’s control and funded by the public. Clicking on a symbol will reveal the project's name, location, and status.
