Located on Tumwater Hill at 5th and Bates Streets, this neighborhood park is on the site of the City's old Public Works Shop. The park contains a children's play area, half basketball court, a tennis court, a small covered shelter with picnic table (not reservable), and picnic areas. City parks open sunrise to sunset.
