Barnes Lake Management District and Steering Committee
Barnes Lake Management District and Steering Committee Agenda & Meeting Packet
Information about how to attend meetings will be included in the meeting packet on the City Meetings webpage.
The Barnes Lake Management District meetings are held as needed throughout the year generally at 6:00 p.m. The Tumwater City Council created the Barnes Lake Management District (LMD) in 2004 following the approval of a petition of lake property owners to the Tumwater City Council to improve aquatic conditions around the lake.
The Steering Committee represents the interests of all property owners and residents within the LMD. Steering Committee members represent varied interests, are spatially distributed around the lake, and all share a common concern for the health of Barnes Lake.
The meeting agenda and supporting documents will be posted to the website by Friday afternoon. Contact Patrick Soderberg, Water Resources & Sustainability Program Manager, by email or call (360) 754-4140 with any questions about the agenda or upcoming meetings.
