TUMWATER YOUTH PROGRAM
The Tumwater Youth Program (TYP) offers evening activities for teens and pre-teens in the Tumwater community. Youth in grades 4-6 are welcome to attend the elementary school activities. Youth in grades 7-8 are welcome to attend the middle school activities but must have a valid school I.D.! TYP events are a place to have fun, socialize with friends, interact positively with adults, munch on snacks and so much more. The cost of participation is $5 with school I.D., unless otherwise advertised.

| **All middle school dances are open to Tumwater School District youth only. Tumwater youth can bring up to two guests to a dance but students must pre-register all guests prior to dance and have valid school I.D.! Pre-registration forms are located at Tumwater School District schools and at City Hall. Activity nights without a dance are open to youth in Thurston County. |
Volunteers Needed
Volunteer support makes the Tumwater Youth Program possible. If your child participates or if you have interest in being a positive role model for kids and want to help provide positive activities for them – please give us a call! All community members are welcome to get involved in providing this valuable service to the youth of our community. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your time and talent. Danger Zone Paintball
Join us for an adrenaline-filled day at Danger Zone Paintball, located on Fort Lewis. The Danger Zone facility includes 2 large wooded fields, a village with several multi-room structures and vehicles; and a 20,000 square foot speedball arena. Whether you are an experienced paintball enthusiast or just a beginner, this trip will have something for you. Please bring a sack lunch and snacks for the day. Fee includes: admission costs ($20), safety gear, equipment and 500 rounds, staff and transportation. If you would like to purchase extra rounds the cost is $6/100; $15/500; or $55/2,000. Paint must be purchased at Danger Zone, no outside paint accepted.
