If you see street signs down, damaged, or unable to see please contact us at either 360-754-4150 or scraig@ci.tumwater.wa.us. Include in your message or email the type of sign, where it is located, or the street sign name.

Streetlight outages:
Please contact us if you see or have a street light out at either 754-4150 or email at scraig@ci.tumwater.wa.us.
We will need an accurate location, then we will verify whether they are in the city, and whether they are in the City's ownership. Some street lights may be owned by Puget Sound Energy (PSE), City of Olympia, State of Washington, or Thurston County. If the light is another's responsibility (PSE, Oly, State, County) we report the outage. If the light is ours, we try to have it repaired in 2-days repair (same as PSE). Should the pole be knocked down....plan for at least two months!

Street maintenance program:
Report street maintenance problems to the Public Works Operations & Maintenance Division at 360-754-4150. Be as specific as possible regarding the location or address of the problem. Field personnel will be dispatched to evaluate conditions and determine what action should be taken.
