Non-Emergency Crime Unless you need an immediate response to a fire, medical or police emergency, call the Non-Emergency number at 360-754-4200. Using the non-emergency number helps keep the 9-1-1 lines available for persons reporting emergencies. Other kinds of calls that are appropriate for this non-emergency number would include nuisance complaints such as noise, parking, etc.

Missing Person/Juvenile Runaway Call the non-emergency number, 360-754-4200. Dispatch public number for reporting: 360-704-2740.
If there are suspicious circumstances surrounding the disappearance or the individual is a vulnerable person (child, developmentally disabled, elderly, etc.) call 9-1-1.
For other cases, call the non-emergency number at 360-754-4200. You DO NOT need to wait 24 hours before reporting a missing person.

The Crime Victims Advocacy Network (CVAN) is designed to help crime victims by offering victim-focused services such as: support, resources and referrals; information on crime victim rights; collaboration with other agencies involved with victims' cases as needed; guidance through the criminal justice system; provision of interpreter services. The crime DOES NOT need to be referred for prosecution to receive services. You DO NOT have to report the crime to receive services.
