Public Safety Positions:
The City of Tumwater has begun recruiting for the additional public safety positions approved by voters in August's levy lid lift. Firefigher recruitment began on October 31 and closed on November 18, 2011. Hiring is anticipated to begin in the spring of 2012.
Police Officer positions are open continuously and additional information can be found by following the link below. In addition, please note that the City of Tumwater anticipates hiring at least two officers in 2012. Testing is conducted through Public Safety Testing throughout the state.
