Tumwater Old Town CenterThe Old Town Center is located in the heart of old Tumwater. Formerly the community’s fire station and City Hall, the center has been transformed into a truly intergenerational facility. The Old Town Center (OTC) is a full-service community resource center, offering a wide range of free and low cost programs and activities to area preschoolers, teens, pre-teens, and seniors every weekday. Cradles & Crayons leases space at the Old Town Center to operate a daycare.

OTC operates as a Senior Center weekdays from 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., providing seniors 55 and over with activities, lunch, coffee, snacks and fellowship. An activity listing and monthly lunch menu is available on the Senior Programs page.Youth Programs
On weekday afternoons during the school year, the OTC offers a FREE youth drop-in program, open to all youth grades 3 through 12. The OTC “after school program” is fully supervised at all times and offers activities each afternoon for a wide variety of youth interests.
