Court Appearance is Mandatory for Criminal Citations

If you receive a criminal citation from a City of Tumwater Police Officer or a summons in the mail, your appearance in court is mandatory. You have been charged with a crime. The hearing date is listed on the citation or summons. Failure to appear will result in a bench warrant being issued for your arrest.

All hearings and criminal court services for Tumwater cases are held at the Thurston County District Court.
