NUISANCE COMPLAINTS

"Nuisances" are violations of the Tumwater Municipal Code (TMC 8.04.010) consiting of acts or omissions to act, occupations, or uses of property that adversly affect public health or safety.

Nusiance compalints are investigated by either the Tumwater Police or Community Development Department (depending on the nature of the alleged nuisance.)
