TUMWATER YOUTH PROGRAM

The Tumwater Youth Program (TYP) offers evening activities for teens and pre-teens in the Tumwater community. Grade school activities are open to youth in grades 4-6 and middle school activities are open to youth in grades 7-8. TYP events are a place to have fun, socialize with friends, interact positively with adults, munch on snacks and so much more.The cost of participation is $5 with school I.D., unless otherwise advertised.

Grade School Neon Bowling!

Join us for a night of Neon Bowling where the kids take over the bowling alley! There will be a trophy for girl's and boy's high scores and fun prize drawings throughout the night. $12 and pre-registration required – call (360) 754-4160 to register or for more information.

**All middle school dances are open to Tumwater School District youth only.  Tumwater youth can bring up to two guests to a dance but students must pre-register all guests prior to dance and have valid school I.D.! Pre-registration forms are located at Tumwater School District schools and at City Hall. 

Volunteers Needed
Volunteer support makes the Tumwater Youth Program possible.  If your child participates or if you have interest in being a positive role model for kids and want to help provide positive activities for them – please give us a call!  All community members are welcome to get involved in providing this valuable service to the youth of our community.  This is a wonderful opportunity to share your time and talent.  Please consider joining us!  Call Charlie Groth at 754-4160, about attending the next Volunteer Orientation.
