CPR
Can you save a life? This two-hour course is a must for everyone. The instructor will teach participants the proper CPR and life-saving choking techniques pertaining to adults, children. The American Heart Association endorses this class.

Pediatric CPR

First Aid
Training includes CPR certification, introduction to Automated External Defibrillation, lecture and practical skills application of minor emergency trauma situations, and receipt of 2 year First Aid Certification.

Each class includes warm-up, aerobic conditioning, toning and strengthening of major muscle groups, and ends with a cool down. All you need to bring is a mat or towel, water, and an enthusiastic attitude.

Zumba infuses hypnotic rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic, fun, and effective work-out that is EASY TO DO! You will smile, laugh, and burn calories! Never tried Zumba? Take elements of salsa, cha cha, and merengue, add hints of samba, calypso, hip-hop and belly dancing, put in a workout routine, and you have Zumba! Please wear athletic shoes (preferably cross-trainers or dance fitness sneakers) and bring water! Not sure if Zumba is for you? Come try your first class for free and we know you will be back for more! Don’t forget: registration will not be taken at class, please pre-register at the Tumwater Parks and Recreation office.
