City Buildings & Facilities
The City of Tumwater maintains property and buildings to facilitate delivery of public services. Most City offices are located on the City Hall campus (City Hall, Public Works Operations, Fire Station Headquarters, and Parks Maintenance Facility). Some City facilities have meeting spaces available for public use. See facility for details and restrictions.

Old Town Center
The Old Town Center is located in the heart of old Tumwater. Formerly the community’s fire station and City Hall, the center has been transformed into a truly intergenerational facility. See Old Town Center Programs for more information.

The Old Town Center (OTC) is a full-service community resource center, offering a wide range of free and low cost programs and activities to area preschoolers, teens, pre-teens, and seniors every weekday.
OTC operates as a Senior Center on weekday mornings, providing seniors 55 and over with activities, lunch, coffee, snacks and fellowship. An activity listing and monthly lunch menu is available on the Senior Programs page.
On most weekday afternoons, the OTC offers a FREE youth drop-in program, open to all youth grades 3 through 12. The OTC “after school program” is fully supervised at all times and offers activities each afternoon for a wide variety of youth interests. Please note: The after school program is closed during TSD school closures. See the Youth Programs page for more information.
Cradles to Crayons leases space at the Old Town Center to operate a daycare.
